Traci Reed Mitchell

Traci Reed Mitchell is a Detroit-area artist working primarily in watercolor and acrylic. Her paintings are inspired by family traditions, neighborhood streets, gardens, and the everyday moments that are part of growing up and growing older in Middle America. Largely self-taught, she began a daily painting practice in 2020 and continues to paint from a deep appreciation for home, nostalgia, family and ordinary life.
