About the Artist
After a forty-plus year hiatus, I told myself I’d get back to painting, and in 2017 that’s just what I did. My husband and I moved out of Manhattan and back to my roots in the Detroit area. I began painting again and haven’t stopped. I work in both acrylic and oil, and like to move between representational and abstract expression. I draw inspiration from urban landscapes, vintage family photographs, beloved pets, and the cherished vistas from our cottage on the North Channel of Lake Huron.
