About the Artist
A University of Detroit graduate with concentrations in Literature, History, and Education, James discovered his passion for painting as a teenager. A lifelong admirer of nature, and student of the way people interact with their surroundings, he channels his observations into his art. Combining the inspiration of a scene with the whispers of imagination, each canvas is a meditation on beauty, on memories, on the way a moment can stretch beyond a few seconds.
